- Visiting with Ms H and estate agent on second viewings, looking at front and back door thresholds and steps, as well as potential areas to fit an additional wc or shower or stairlift
- Taking measurements and photos to work out and draw plans to suggest options
- Contacting specialist builders to obtain further advice on the feasibility and cost of providing level access doors, shallow steps or ramps etc
Outcome
We viewed two properties on site and advised on a further two via email, looking at the photos and layout. One of those was followed up with a visit. Ms H was able to put an offer on a bungalow with the confidence of knowing that any potential hurdles can be overcome by appropriate adaptations, either now or in the future.
